The ACG-131 Multi-Circuit Smart Energy Meter is a compact, DIN-rail–mounted solution for high-density sub-metering in commercial and industrial switchboards. A single Master (ACG-131M) can power and communicate with up to 31 Sub-meters (ACG-131S), giving you 32 three-phase or single-phase channels from one Modbus address. Designed for retrofit projects, the meter accepts either Rogowski coils or voltage-output split-core CTs through an RJ12 plug-and-play interface, eliminating the need to open live power circuits and slashing installation time and cost.

Key measurement functions include true RMS voltage (0–600 VAC), current (up to 12 kA with Rogowski input), power factor, total and per-phase active/reactive/apparent power and energy, demand, unbalance, and full THD/harmonics to the 50th order. Accuracy meets IEC 62053-22 Class 0.5S for active energy, ensuring reliable billing data.

Communication is via a two-wire RS-485 port (2400–38 400 bps) using Modbus-RTU, with one on-board relay output and an opto-isolated digital input for alarms or tariff switching. The Master offers a wide-range 95–265 VAC or 18–36 VDC auxiliary supply; Sub-meters derive 5 VDC directly from the Master, simplifying wiring.

Built for demanding environments, the ACG-131 operates from −25 °C to +70 °C, carries IP20 protection, and meets EMC immunity to IEC 61000-4 Level IV. The result is a cost-effective platform that delivers revenue-grade data, space savings, and effortless scalability for energy audits, tenant billing, and power-quality monitoring.
