Di-Soric – Capacitive Label Sensors

Capacitive label sensors are the cost-effective and high-performance solution for position detection of thin, transparent, foil and paper labels. They show their strengths particularly well wherever high tape speeds are required. Using auto-teach, they are taught into new materials quickly and intuitively. Capacitive label sensors from the KGUTI series are available in two different models: KGUTI50 models are flat and may be integrated in a space-saving manner in machines. KGUTI80 models are compatible with a fork depth of 85 mm for wide labels.

KGUTI sensors are designed for quick commissioning. Use the simple Auto-Teach function to set the ideal switching point with the press of a button, or leverage the IO-Link interface for advanced diagnostics, remote setup, and Industry 4.0 integration.

IO-Link Ready: Allows for remote configuration and diagnostics. Switching thresholds for different materials can be stored and recalled. Intuitive Auto-Teach: Enables teaching new label materials in the simplest and fastest manner with the press of a button or via a remote teach input.
Parallel Operation: Use the fast switching output (Pin 2) for labeler control and IO-Link (Pin 4) for communication simultaneously. On-Device Control: Features an intuitive membrane keypad for teach-in and fine adjustments, with 3 LEDs for clear status and diagnostic feedback.
